This website is operated by Macro Onestop Centre Sdn Bhd, trading as Macro e-Store. We may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and customers of this website, including customers who browse products, place orders, make payments or use any services provided through the website.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, product details, prices, promotions, stock availability, specifications, delivery charges and other information may be changed or updated without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission on the website, including after an order has been submitted. If there is a pricing error, stock error or product information error, we may contact the customer to confirm, amend or cancel the order where necessary.
3. Product Images and Descriptions
All product images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products, colours, sizes, finishing, packaging, accessories and design details may vary slightly depending on the model, batch, supplier, manufacturer or screen display settings.
Customers are advised to check the product model, dimensions, specifications, voltage, installation requirements and suitability before placing an order. For large appliances and furniture, customers should also ensure that the product can fit through doors, lifts, staircases and the final placement area.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Macro Onestop Centre Sdn Bhd. An order confirmation received by the customer does not automatically guarantee final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, delivery limitation, suspected fraud or any other valid reason.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund according to our refund procedure and the payment method used.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Promotional prices, clearance prices, free gifts and special offers are subject to stock availability and promotion period.
Payment must be made using the payment methods provided on this website or any other method approved by us. Orders will normally be processed only after payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery and Collection
Delivery service may be available within Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Klang Valley, parts of Pahang, parts of Johor, subject to product size, delivery location, access condition, delivery schedule and manpower availability. Delivery charges may vary depending on the item, location, staircase access, lift availability and special handling requirements.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time. Upon receiving the goods, customers are advised to check the product model, quantity, packaging and visible condition before accepting the delivery.
Self-collection may be available at No. 21, Jalan Besar 72100 Bahau, Negeri Sembilan, subject to stock availability and prior arrangement.
7. Installation Service
Installation service may be available for selected products such as air conditioners, water heaters, cooker hoods, gas hobs, built-in appliances, televisions and selected furniture items. Installation charges, standard installation scope and appointment timing may vary depending on product type, brand, site condition and location.
Additional charges may apply for extra piping, wiring, plug points, switches, brackets, gas hoses, hacking, drilling, dismantling of old units, carry-up service, non-standard installation work or any additional materials required at site.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in original packaging and complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, free gifts and proof of purchase. Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
Approval for return or exchange is subject to inspection and confirmation by Macro Onestop Centre Sdn Bhd. Delivery charges, installation charges, handling charges and other service charges may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
9. Non-Returnable Installed or Used Items
For hygiene, safety, installation and warranty reasons, returns are not allowed for items that have been installed, used, assembled, connected, tested or removed from their original condition.
This includes but is not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, water heaters, cooker hoods, gas hobs, built-in appliances, large kitchen appliances, furniture that has been assembled, and any product that has already been used or installed at the customer’s premises.
10. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If a customer receives a damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at 011-10811121 / shop@macro.my with the order number, photos or videos of the item, packaging and the issue found.
For damaged goods found upon delivery or unboxing, customers are strongly advised to take clear photos or videos during unboxing. We will review the case and advise the next step, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, return arrangement, warranty claim or other suitable solution depending on the product condition and the nature of the issue.
11. Manufacturer Warranty and On-Site Service
Many electrical appliances are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty terms, duration, parts coverage, labour coverage, transport charges and service procedures may vary depending on the brand, product model and manufacturer policy.
For products covered by manufacturer on-site warranty, the item does not need to be returned to our store for normal warranty claims. Customers may contact us for assistance, and we will help to log a complaint with the manufacturer or authorised service centre where applicable. The manufacturer’s technician or authorised service team will attend to the issue according to their warranty terms, service schedule and coverage area.
Warranty does not normally cover misuse, improper installation by unauthorised parties, physical damage, water damage, pest damage, power surge, lightning strike, wear and tear, commercial misuse, modified products, missing serial numbers or failure to follow the user manual.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for their intended use, space, size requirement, installation area, electrical supply, water supply, gas connection and delivery access before placing an order.
For air conditioners, water heaters, cooker hoods, gas hobs and built-in appliances, customers should ensure that the installation site is suitable and ready before installation. If the site is not ready or additional work is required, extra charges may apply.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product images, graphics, logos, design, layout, icons, banners and other materials, belongs to Macro Onestop Centre Sdn Bhd, its suppliers, brand owners or respective copyright holders, unless otherwise stated.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
14. Limited Right to Use
Customers may view, print or download information from this website for personal and non-commercial use only. This does not grant ownership rights to any content, document, image, product information or material found on this website.
15. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we try to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, viruses or technical problems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macro Onestop Centre Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, purchase of products, delay in delivery, product unavailability, installation issues, warranty service delays or any matter beyond our reasonable control.

Brand names, trademarks and product names shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer warranty terms, service procedures, product availability and specifications may be changed by the respective manufacturer or supplier without prior notice.
