Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Macro Onestop Centre Sdn Bhd (MOS). We deliver electrical appliances, furniture and selected commercial equipment within Bahau, Jempol, Kuala Pilah, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Klang Valley, and selected areas in Malaysia.
Orders are generally processed after payment confirmation. Delivery will normally be arranged within 3–7 working days, subject to stock availability, delivery schedule, product size, location and installation requirements.
Delivery charges may vary depending on item size, weight, delivery location, staircase access, lift availability, special handling requirements and whether installation is required. Any additional delivery or installation charges will be informed to the customer before final arrangement, where applicable.
Receiving Your Order
Customers are advised to check the product condition, model, quantity and packaging upon delivery or collection. Any visible damage, wrong item or missing item must be reported to us immediately, preferably before signing or confirming receipt.
Once the item has been received in good condition, installed, used or accepted by the customer, it will be considered as accepted unless the issue is covered under manufacturer warranty.

Installation
Installation service may be available for selected products such as air conditioners, water heaters, cooker hoods, gas hobs, built-in appliances, televisions and selected furniture items. Installation charges, site requirements and appointment timing may vary depending on the product and location.
Customers must ensure that the installation site is ready, safe and accessible. Additional charges may apply for extra piping, wiring, hacking, drilling, bracket, gas hose, plug, switch, transport, staircase carry-up, dismantling of old unit or other additional work not included in the standard installation.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in original packaging and complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, free gifts and proof of purchase.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection. Approval is subject to our inspection and the condition of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, installation and warranty reasons, returns are strictly not allowed for items that have been installed, used, assembled, connected, tested or removed from their original condition.
This includes but is not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, water heaters, cooker hoods, gas hobs, built-in appliances, large kitchen appliances, furniture that has been assembled, and any item that has been used or installed at the customer’s premises.
Manufacturer On-Site Warranty
Many electrical appliances are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty. For products that are covered under on-site warranty, the product does not need to be returned to our store for normal warranty claims.
If a warranty issue occurs, MOS will assist the customer to log a complaint with the manufacturer or authorised service centre. The manufacturer’s technician or authorised service team will attend to the issue according to their warranty terms, service schedule and coverage area.
Examples of products commonly covered by manufacturer on-site warranty may include refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, water heaters, selected televisions and other large home appliances, depending on the brand and model.

Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturer, supplier or authorised service centre. Warranty terms, duration, parts coverage, labour coverage, transport charges and service procedures may vary depending on the brand and product model.
Warranty does not usually cover misuse, improper installation by unauthorised parties, physical damage, water damage, pest damage, power surge, lightning strike, wear and tear, commercial misuse, modified products, missing serial numbers or failure to follow the user manual.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at 011-1081 1121 with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.
We will review the case and advise whether the matter should be handled by replacement, exchange, repair, manufacturer warranty claim or other suitable solution, depending on the product condition and warranty coverage.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method or another method agreed by MOS. Processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or internal approval process.
Delivery charges, installation charges, handling charges, service charges and payment gateway fees may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for their space, size requirement, door access, power supply, water supply, gas connection, installation area and intended usage before placing an order.
For large appliances and furniture, customers should check the product dimensions and ensure that the item can fit through doors, lifts, staircases and the final placement area.
